This version was built against upstream Istio commit 5cc5f6fc34805d9f6afcc07f5afcb574e3af8d8e.

  • Backported environment variable TERMINATION_GRACE_PERIOD_SECONDS (also configurable through Helm, terminationGracePeriodSeconds), from Istio 1.23, which allows for setting a grace period for ztunnel to drain connections prior to shutting down.
