Import the OPA dashboard

Import a pre-built Grafana dashboard to visualize the metrics that the Open Policy Agent (OPA) records. These metrics include information on the OPA engine performance, such as CPU and memory stats, response times, and bundle status. This feature is available for OPA version 0.58.0 or later.

Before you begin link

Set up and access Grafana in your cluster. If you have an existing Grafana instance, you can skip this step.

Import the OPA dashboard link

1. Download the JSON file that holds the configuration for the OPA dashboard.
2. From the Grafana menu, select + > Import.
3. Click Upload JSON file and select the file for the OPA dashboard that you downloaded.
4. Select prometheus-gloo-platform as the Grafana data source.
5. Click Import to open the operations dashboard.
6. Review OPA metrics that you can explore in the OPA dashboard.
