arctl runtime setup
ランタイムブートストラップ設定を生成します
クラウドランタイムへの接続用に、ランタイムのブートストラップ設定を生成します。
具体的な Runtime リソースを適用する前に、利用可能なサブコマンドのいずれかを使用して、特定のランタイムタイプをブートストラップします。
使用方法
arctl runtime setup [command]利用可能なコマンド

グローバルフラグ
-h, --help: Display help information for the command.
--registry-token string: Registry bearer token (defaults to value of ARCTL_API_TOKEN env var).
--registry-url string: Registry URL (overrides ARCTL_API_BASE_URL env var; defaults to http://localhost:12121).
