arctl configure
クライアントが arctl に接続するために必要な JSON 設定を書き込みます。
各クライアントが arctl に接続できるように、クライアントごとの .json 構成ファイルを作成します。
使用方法
arctl configure [command]使用可能なコマンド

グローバルフラグ
-h, --help: Display help information for the command.
--registry-token string: Registry bearer token (defaults to value of ARCTL_API_TOKEN env var).
--registry-url string: Registry URL (overrides ARCTL_API_BASE_URL env var; defaults to http://localhost:12121).
